TOKI stands for (\u6642 \u2013 \u201cTime\u201d); it is designed for your daily rituals \u2013 gentle, plant-based and 100 per cent natural.<\/p>\n

A premium organic matcha made from a unique blend of Japanese tea varieties, crafted by three passionate producers, including the renowned Nishi-san: prized for its smoothness, fresh, grassy flavour and perfect balance<\/p>\n

\nOrigin<\/strong>: Japan
\nDosage: <\/strong>1g powder per 80ml water
\nStorage:<\/strong> dry and cool, refrigerate once opened
\nComposition:<\/strong> ground tea leaves<\/p>\n

Your first matcha:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Put a base of tempered water in the Chawan<\/li>\n
  2. Add the matcha using the Saji (one or two dips in the box or sachet (1 to 2g)).<\/li>\n
  3. Whisk with the Chasen until the water is smooth (to melt the starches).<\/li>\n
  4. Bring the water to a temperature of 70\u00b0 and insert into the Chawan (80ml for 1g of matcha).<\/li>\n
  5. Whip in W-shapes to froth the Matcha.<\/li>\n
  6. Crush the bubbles by making circles against the Chawan<\/li>\n
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you obtain the foam you like.<\/li>\n
  8. TASTE!!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For purists<\/strong>: use distilled or reverse osmosis water (at least you know what you’re drinking).<\/p>\n
