{"id":2206,"date":"2026-10-26T18:02:56","date_gmt":"2026-10-26T17:02:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kumikomatchabyidh.ch\/?post_type=product&#038;p=2206"},"modified":"2026-10-28T18:07:53","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T17:07:53","slug":"genmaicha-matcha-powder-bio","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/kumikomatchabyidh.ch\/en\/boutique\/the-baristas-latte\/genmaicha-matcha-powder-bio\/","title":{"rendered":"Genmaicha Matcha Powder bio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A unique Japanese tea, made from an equal blend of <strong>organic matcha<\/strong> and <strong>organic roasted brown rice.<\/strong> Its smooth, toasty and perfectly balanced flavour makes it a comforting drink, ideal for the afternoon, cosy breaks or a quiet moment during the day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong>: Popcorn<br \/>\n<strong>Packaging<\/strong>: 50g bag<br \/>\n<strong>Origin<\/strong>: Japan<br \/>\n<strong>Dosage: <\/strong>1g powder per 80ml water<br \/>\n<strong>Storage:<\/strong> dry and cool, refrigerate once opened<br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: ground and roasted tea leaves<\/p>\n<h4>Your first matcha:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Put a base of tempered water in the Chawan<\/li>\n<li>Add the matcha using the Saji (one or two dips in the box or sachet (1 to 2g)).<\/li>\n<li>Whisk with the Chasen until the water is smooth (to melt the starches).<\/li>\n<li>Bring the water to a temperature of 70\u00b0 and insert into the Chawan (80ml for 1g of matcha).<\/li>\n<li>Whip in W-shapes to froth the Matcha.<\/li>\n<li>Crush the bubbles by making circles against the Chawan<\/li>\n<li>Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you obtain the foam you like.<\/li>\n<li>TASTE!!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>For purists<\/strong>: use distilled or reverse osmosis water (at least you know what you&#8217;re drinking).<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the players:<\/strong> add more matcha or less, add more water or less!
