{"id":753,"date":"2023-07-07T21:42:17","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T19:42:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kumikomatchabyidh.ch\/boutique\/uncategorized\/ultimate\/"},"modified":"2023-07-25T14:21:04","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T12:21:04","slug":"ultime","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/kumikomatchabyidh.ch\/en\/boutique\/the-discoveries\/ultime\/","title":{"rendered":"Ultimate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>The ultimate set for experiencing our exceptional matcha!<\/h4>\n<p>It has everything you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a digital kettle to keep your water at a constant 70\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>a unique bowl (chawan) made by an artisan in Japan (Shigaraki) to prepare the matcha<\/li>\n<li>a handmade (by Hirata-san) bamboo spoon (saji) from Japan to measure out the matcha powder (approx. 1-2g)<\/li>\n<li>a handmade black bamboo whisk (chasen) (by Hirata-san) to mix and froth the matcha<\/li>\n<li>a stand (naoshi) to keep the whisk in good condition<\/li>\n<li>a 30g tin of Organic Hyper-Premium Matcha, <strong>THE exceptional matcha<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Your first matcha:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Put a small amount of tempered water in the Chawan.<\/li>\n<li>Add the matcha using the Saji (one or two dips in the tin or sachet)<\/li>\n<li>Whisk with the Chasen until the water is smooth (to melt the starches)<\/li>\n<li>Bring the water to 70\u00b0 temperature and insert it into the Chawan<\/li>\n<li>Whisk the Matcha in a W motion to froth it<\/li>\n<li>Crush the bubbles by making circles against the Chawan<\/li>\n<li>Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you get the froth you like.<\/li>\n<li>TASTE!!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>For purists<\/strong>: use distilled or reverse osmosis water (at least you know what you&#8217;re drinking&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>For gamers:<\/strong> add more matcha or less, add more water or less!
