Since 2013 Kumiko Matcha has been specialising in organic matcha grands crus, i.e. high-quality teas with high production standards and a focus on our farmer-partners. It hasn’t escaped my notice that matcha, and especially matcha latte, has become very popular, which is why I’m offering you a premium quality organic matcha barista.

What is a premium organic matcha barista?

In fact, this matcha is specially designed for lattes. For it to be perfect in a latte, its flavour must be intense enough for you to taste the green tea flavours even with 1 gram of matcha powder, and the milk must not take over.

And I also had to choose a tea that goes well with as many ingredients as possible: plant milk, honey, rose syrup, strawberry syrup etc… so that you can create great latte recipes. I chose it for its delicious, fine, balanced taste. The colour is even greener and the taste even better than organic matcha barista?

How does premium organic matcha barista combine quality and quantity?

The premium organic matcha barista comes from the same grower and has been produced in the same cooperative as the best matchas in our selection, the Saemidori and Okumidori varieties.

What’s more, the production plant is 100% certified organic and the premium organic matcha barista is laboratory-tested every harvest and every year.

For purists: use distilled water or osmosis water (at least you know what you’re you’re drinking…)

For players: add more or less matcha, add more or less water! It’s your time to make the matcha that suits you.
