Premium Organic Matcha Barista 200g

Since 2013, Kumiko Matcha has specialised in premium organic matcha – that is, high-quality teas produced to exacting standards, with a central focus on our partner farmers. It hasn’t escaped my notice that matcha – and matcha lattes in particular – have become very popular, which is why I’m offering you a premium-quality organic matcha barista blend.

What is a premium organic matcha barista?

In fact, this matcha is specially formulated for lattes. For it to be perfect as a latte, its flavour must be intense enough for the green tea notes to come through even with just 1 gram of matcha powder, and the milk mustn’t overpower it.

And I also needed to choose a tea that pairs well with as many ingredients as possible – plant-based milk, honey, rose syrup, strawberry syrup, etc. – so that you can create some brilliant latte recipes. I chose it for its delicious, delicate and well-balanced flavour. The colour is even greener and the flavour even better than the organic Barista matcha.

How does the premium organic matcha barista blend combine quality and quantity?

This premium organic matcha barista’s blend comes from the same producer and was produced at the same co-operative as the finest matcha in our selection, the Saemidori and Okumidori varieties.

What’s more, the production facility is 100 per cent certified organic, and the premium organic matcha barista blend is laboratory-tested for each harvest and each year.
