The connoisseur set for experiencing our exceptional matcha!

It has everything you need:

  • a digital kettle to keep your water at a constant 70ºC
  • a unique bowl (chawan) to prepare the matcha
  • a bamboo spoon (saji)  to measure out the matcha powder (approx. 1-2g)
  • a bamboo whisk (chasen) to mix and froth the matcha
  • a stand (naoshi) to keep the whisk in good condition
  • a 30g tin of Organic Hyper-Premium Matcha, an exceptional matcha

Your first matcha:

  1. Put a small amount of tempered water in the Chawan.
  2. Add the matcha using the Saji (one or two dips in the tin or sachet)
  3. Whisk with the Chasen until the water is smooth (to melt the starches)
  4. Bring the water to 70° temperature and insert it into the Chawan
  5. Whisk the Matcha in a W motion to froth it
  6. Crush the bubbles by making circles against the Chawan
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you get the froth you like.
  8. TASTE!!!

For purists: use distilled or reverse osmosis water (at least you know what you’re drinking…)

For gamers: add more matcha or less, add more water or less! It’s your time to make the matcha that suits you.
